Feels a bit like a let down. Or just not having Christmas because you work the 23rd and the 26th so you can't really visit family. Dinner by myself I guess. Thanks American "work life balance". I would say this is especially true in Catholicism, where Christmas is 'hyped' in a sense by four weeks of advent leading up to it. Its like a preparation period beforehand. Kinda like that with easter too, where forty days of fasting from whatever lead up to a fifty day easter season. I love it all so much!! I love buying and wrapping gifts. I love listening to the music, taking my kids to get hot chocolate and looking at lights while we sing songs. We watch Christmas movies.

This might make sense if the person was speaking in Arabic and not English. Saying Allah instead of god when you are speaking in English is more than just saying a word for god.
